Our sales partners as well as our specialists in the company’s main office in Karlsruhe will give technical support whenever you need it. If ever an automatic fuel meter does not work properly, competent help is available in no time at all. The first person to contact should always be your supplier as he will have installed the machine and he knows your business. In most cases, he can help immediately.
Software support
Our experienced team is also available to help with all questions about Novotec’s programs FPI, KUP and TIS, if your service contractor cannot answer them.
